The Metz Sessions - Live EP (2023):
‘The Metz Sessions’ are a series of live recordings with the aim to support Austrian’s alternative music scene, striving to gather awesome musicians and trying to capture those wonderful rehearsal space vibes we all love. Sunstain recorded 3 live versions of songs from their debut album "Modern Nature" as well as an acoustic cover of Brant Bjork's "Too Many Chiefs..." during their session at "The Metz Studio" in Bad Vöslau (Lower Austria).

Modern Nature (2022):
Sunstain's debut record features 7 tracks, clocking in around the 50 minute mark. The entire album project was funded through a successful crowdfunding campaign. "Modern Nature" was recorded at Beardy Mountain Studio in Pressbraum (Lower Austria) in early 2022. It is the culmination of the band's evolution thus far with intricate songwriting, heavy 90s sounds and a thirst for experimentation. Thematically the album paints a dystopian picture of a world where narcissm, ultra hedonistic superficialities and exploitation of the world around us make it increasingly hard to feel any sort of real human connection. Actually that sounds very real and not dystopian at all, doesn't it?

Thrill & Fever - EP (2019):
Sunstain's first official release features 4 tracks and was recorded at DOOM Studios near Linz in late 2018. The songs are much shorter straight forward heavy rock tunes with focus on grooves and melodies. While the band may have shifted its style with each single release in the following years these songs still ooze energy and passion. That's why occasionally you may still find a song from Thrill & Fever in their live set.
