Death Metal
ATHIRIA was founded in 2011 in Upper Austria and released their first album “Capital Punishment” in 2014.
With their second album “Vicious Circle” (2015), they established themselves in the Austrian underground scene and shared the stage with renowned acts such as Cannibal Corpse and Suicide Silence.
After a four-year hiatus, caused by the loss of their drummer and the pandemic, the band returned in 2023 with a new lineup and released their third album “Conjure The Beast” in collaboration with Kvlt and Kaos Productions.
2024 became the most successful year in the band’s history, marked by numerous live shows and new material.
In January 2025, ATHIRIA released their new EP “Bash of the Beast”, setting a new benchmark and powerfully showcasing what Austrian Death Metal has to offer!

Conjure The Beast (2023):
ATHIRIA is proud to introduce Andy as the new vocalist on this album! From now on,
ATHIRIA is a female-fronted death metal band! The wait has been worth it,
considering the album was originally supposed to be released in 2019. A lot of crap
happened, but now the Band is more energized than ever!

Vicious Circle (2015):
The second album from ATHIRIA! Featuring a different sound and recorded for the
first time in a studio, this release helped the band establish a presence in the
Austrian underground scene and paved the way for their first major live
performances.

Capital Punishment (2014):
The band's debut album. Wanting more than just casual basement rehearsals, the
band took matters into their own hands and initiated the recordings. ATHIRIA
became a serious endeavor, with the band eager to hit the stage!
